What's Up With This Affiliate Disclosure? On Google alone, there are over 93 million pages that pop up for the keywords VIRTUAL JOB. As you well know, there is no way on this earth for me to sift through all the scams, variances and vast amounts of virtual job niches out there. With that being said - my FIRST priority - was to seek jobs out that were fitting to my portal. Longevity on the net, starting year of company inception, reading others reviews, payment history, ease of navigation on the site, uniqueness, no clutter, limited ads, good customer service and ways that my job seekers could share their new found job with others to make additional money through referring of their own. Do they have a mobile app? Can the tablet be used? Does it help job seekers in other countries? Does it help my teenagers? And many, many more criteria’s were used. Once all that is done, the review is made and then its time to link. It's at this moment, if that company has an affiliate/referring/share program, as a publisher and owner of this intellectual property, I chose to participate in these offerings and have formulated a way to fund my team to continue this companies ever-growing virtual job portal's demands.
What If There Are Issues With One Of The Job Board Companies I'm With? I understand ya loud and clear. This is a unique job board that has done everything it can to help list what is legit and not, out there. For obvious reasons I cannot possibly handle the customer service end for these companies nor am I connected in any way on how they run their company. Life happens and companies go through a problem stint and it does reflect on the job seekers if its not handled in a professional and swift manner. Please be patient with this process, even I had many glitches and hiccups when I first developed this site. Just like in the real world, the virtual world has business delays too. Always reach out via email and/or phone to contact these companies. Some have community boards and some have to be contacted via social media methods. Let them know what is going on and prayerfully, they will get back to you to resolve the issue you are experiencing.
Can I contact you about a company just to let you know what’s going on? Yes, of course you may. But only after you have contacted them in numerous ways and can give records of such - if I get enough complaints about a particular company, an alert will go out and I will forward screenshots of the issues in bulk to the company to show that my job seekers are dissatisfied with their performance and either they make changes or Virtual Job Portal will no longer carry their company brand on this site. It's that cut and dry. My Job seekers come FIRST!
~Thank you for your understanding from the Virtual Job Portal to you ~
